We’re Looking for Someone With:
Essential Experience
Senior level management *financial management *strong youth or community background
Key Skills & Qualities
- Leadership & strategic planning
- Excellent communication
- Decision-making & problem-solving
- Adaptability & creativity
- Financial acumen
- Empathy & emotional intelligence
- Warm, approachable, can-do attitude
Desired Experience (Not Essential)
*Fundraising *marketing *human Resources
Role Requirements
- Clear DBS check, 1 personal and 1 professional reference
- Commitment to at least 7 hours per week (pro-rata)
